The stainless steel high speed wire lines construction of the Tsing Tuo Group Co. Ltd commissioned by China 19th Metallurgical Group Construction was kicked off on November 12th which was taken as the benchmark for this project's starting.

The project was located around seashore of the Ningde City in Fujian province, south of China. There would be two lines of each 300,000 tons stainless steel high speed wire line to be built.

China 19th Metallurgical Group Construction would be the contractor for the land construction and the assembly for the facilities of machine and electricity, each line need eight months to complete the construction.
