Reportedly, Brazil’s Vale will pour US$4.6 billion to establish distributor centers in Malaysia.

Analysts indicated as India’s demand for iron ore has kept increasing, the domestic offers may not able to meet local’s strong demand; thus, India’s buyers would purchase from overseas suppliers.

Hence, it’s predicted that the distributor centers in Malaysia would help Vale to take care of Chinese and Indian market.

However, as the plan has not yet received the approval of the Board, Vale does not provide investment data.
