Yieh Hsing Enterprise Co., Ltd., one of the major wire rod manufacturers in Taiwan, announced last Friday (November 8) that its board of directors had approved an investment of NT$313.6 million in purchasing pickling equipment and quality inspection and packaging equipment for the Pingnan factory, with an aim of optimizing the consistent operation for stainless steel wire rods.

Among them, the total price of pickling equipment is US$7.4 million, and that of quality inspection and packaging equipment is US$2.4 million.

The equipment will be procured from Shahani-based Sicolinx Control Systems.
