The Asia Australia Discussion Agreement, AADA has recently increased their BAF fee recently. The AADA is made up of 15 shipping companies from Australia as well as North and East Asia. The BAF price was raised due to the increase in the oil price in Hong Kong and Korea. The BAF fee from Taiwan to all the ports in Australia will be adjusted. The BAF for 20 inch container reached US$275 and that of 40 inch container is US$550. (Nov. 23)
