According to the news, the current tanker market was growing gradually, mainly caused by the cheap crude oil cost.

Currently, the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and some of the oil-producing countries agreed to cut their output of oil, with a total of around 10 million barrels/day, which counted almost 10% in the world.

By the market evaluation, the crude oil prices might stay at a low-level position, and which might be a part of good news to the tanker industry.
