Affected by the new coronavirus, Düsseldorf postponed the wire and tube exhibition, which was originally scheduled to be held from March 30th to April 3rd, 2020.

There were about 70,000 people coming from more than 130 countries in the world to attend in 2018.

According to the exhibition organizer, the infected persons increased significantly in recent days and there were many uncertainties for exhibitors and visitors to come. After much consideration, the company followed German government advice to postpone the exhibition.

Thomas Geisel, Mayor of Düsseldorf and Chairman of the supervisory board of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH. will discuss this with all related associations and ensure to hold the exhibition this year. However, the exact date for the show was still pending.
