According to the official announcement from Hoa Phat Group, one of the leading steelmakers in Vietnam, its total sales of steel products this August were around 690,000 tons, including approximately 270,000 tons of construction steel.

In the first 8 months of this year, Hoa Phat Group’s total sales were around 5.6 million tons, increasing by 47% year on year.

Currently, the output of Hoa Phat Group was around 8 million tons/year, with around 62.5% of construction steel, and hot-rolled coil counted as the rest.
