It is reported that US domestic HRC producers have increased prices up to US$22/ton, effective immediately for new orders and price will be higher for small orders.

Current prices of HRC are being prevailing at US$728/ton. However, in view of the recent transactions, local buying activity seems to be slowing. Market participants said, current demand is not enough to support prices.

Meanwhile, Mexico’s suppliers are offering US$705/ton in the market, remaining unchanged from the previous week.
