On January 25, 2025, Thailand’s Department of Foreign Trade (DFT) initiated an anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on cold-rolled steel sheets in coils and non-coils from China, Vietnam, and Taiwan to evaluate the potential impact of lifting these existing measures on the domestic industry.

The duties, imposed on January 25, 2020, ranged from 0% to 20.11% and expired on January 25, 2025. The review will determine whether to extend or adjust the AD measures to maintain fair competition in Thailand’s steel market.
