Chun Yuan Steel Industry Co., Ltd., a Taiwan-based steel company engaged in the manufacture, processing, and sales of steel products, reported its second-quarter revenue was around NT$4.48 billion, growing by 8% compared to the previous quarter. The cumulative revenue in the first half of this year was roughly NT$8.68 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9.6%.

In the second quarter, Chun Yuan had a net profit of NT$94.57 million, up by 60% quarter on quarter. The cumulative net profit in the first half was roughly NT$153.6 million, an increase of 59% over the same period in 2019.

Chun Yuan has entered the wind power industry, coupled with investment returns of Taiwan’s businessmen and expansion of electronics industry, the firm’s operation was expected to become better in the second half of this year compared to the first one.
