Germany’s ThyssenKrupp announced that ThyssenKrupp Stahl Service Center GmbH has acquired Herzog Coilex steel processing and specialized factory in Stuttgart on May 1st and it will be merged into a single organization.

In the meantime, Herzog Coilex ThyssenKrupp Stahl Service Center's holdings company has increased stock shares from 74.9% to 100% which became Germany's leading steel service center in southern company.

New Coilex Stuttgart Centre will be able to supply products included f cold-rolled, hot-rolled, coated Strip for customers in the automotive, furniture, accessories and household electrical appliance industries.
