Civmec will provide crushing and ore processing equipment for Fortescue Metals Group’s (FMG) Eliwana iron ore mine project and rail development project located approximately 90 kilometers north-west of Tom Price in the Pilbara, Western Australia. The project was expected to be completed by the end of 2020.

Civmec will be in charge of Eliwana's iron ore loading, crushing process of primary, secondary and tertiary ore, ore screening, and the construction of associated conveyor systems and factories.

This project will offer 300 job opportunities, with a project total value of approximately A$120 million.
