It was reported that Australian miner Centaurus Metals Limited announced on Tuesday (August 6th) that it has signed an agreement to purchase a large-scale nickel sulphide project from Vale S.A. (Vale) in Brazil.

Base on the deal, Centaurus Metals will pay upfront cash of US$250,000 which included the transfer of the tenements of Salobo West Copper‐Gold Project to Vale.

Vale also said in the statement that it will also have the right of acquisition of 100% production from the Jaguar nickel sulphide project under a future offtake agreement.
