It is reportedly that southern mills in China have been increasing their imports of aluminum in past two years, in order to response higher domestic aluminum prices.

Aluminum stocks registered by South Korea is dropping because large quantities shipped to China.

China is the No.1 biggest aluminum producer and also the consumer. Some Chinese traders is said to ask for 1,000 tons of aluminum import per month from September to December, which is the first time in these two years.

According to related statistics, China’s export for the past seven months has reduced from 305,025 tons to 43,568 tons.
