According to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute, Turkey imported 28,370 tons of stainless steel coils in February, decreasing by 9% year on year and declining by 11% in comparison of 31,730 tons in a month earlier.

In February, South Korea was the largest supplier of stainless steel coils to Turkey with 6,327 tons and Taiwan was the second largest one with 5,711 tons.

In the first two months of this year, Turkey’s imports of stainless steel coils totaled 60,100 tons, rising by 10% in comparison of that in the same period of a year earlier.
