According to the statistics released from Korea Iron and Steel Association (KOSA), South Korean pipe and tube exports totaled about 247,300 tons in February 2018, grew by 7.7% about 19,000 tons, compared to the previous month; also increased by 2.5% compared with the same month of 2017.

Among them, petroleum pipeline grew the most about 57,000 tons, hiked by 42.8% compared to the previous month. The United State was the main exports destination accounted for 65.7% of total.

However, South Korean pipe and tube imports decreased by 3.3% compared to January 2018, also fell slightly by 1% compared to the same month of 2017.
