It is reported that Mexico’s domestic prices of hot-dip galvanized steel products continues rising to around US$740/ton due to strong demand from automobile industry.

There main reasons are more new market participants into the automotive industry, as well as the Mexico’s financial institutions agreement continues to promote Mexico auto sales and encourage increased car banks and other non-bank financial institutions portfolio.
