The Indian government has imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty on stainless steel cold-rolled flat steel products which are imported from several countries including China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan.

Indian officials said the domestic steel industry had been suffering essential injury for the dumped import behavior from those countries.

The injury had been led by the anti-dumping imposed tariff under this notification shall be effective till 21 October 2009.

The anti-dumping duty ranges between US$12.74/ton and US$1,823.43/ton.
