Affected by the price drop of zinc material, the market price of galvanized pipes remains unstable. GI pipe prices are offerred in different levels depending on mills quality and customers' requirements.

Until now, three-month zinc price has fallen to US$2,700/ton, which is the lowest price in the recent 10 months. Despite the weak market, offers will differ in the range of NT$34500/ton the lowest to go up.

However, the zinc price now is not in a stable considtion which also causes the price difference gap may as large as NT$4000/ton to NT$5000/ton. This will make buyers to wait for a more clear market sentiment which helps to pull out the price
after the previous low season.
