The Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) announced on March 4th, 2019 that it will start the investigation of safeguard measures for the imports of stainless steel welded pipes according to the application from stainless steel enterprises.

The involved products were under the EEU Commodity Codes 7306 40 2009, 7306 40 800 1, 7306 40 800 9, 7306 61 100 9, 7306 69 100 9.

The interested parties should register their response within 25 days from the date of this announcement, apply for a hearing within 45 days, and submit comments on the case in writing within 60 days.
