Chongqing Iron and Steel's long product production team has successfully developed Φ40mm HRB400E and HRB500E ribbed steel bars, which marks its new stage for high-strength steel bars.

As learned, HRB400E and HRB500E ribbed steel bars are widely applied in large-scale national projects, such as large bridges and super-high buildings.

The production of the first round is 2,127.956 tons of HRB400E and 968.291 tons of HRB500E, which have been tested on dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and other performance requirements.
