China’s steel strip price dropped sharply this week.

In Hangzhou market, the current price was at RMB4,200/ton, decreased by RMB100/ton from last trading day. In Laiwu market; price of Laigang’s hot rolled steel strip with size was at RMB4,100/ton, dropped by RMB400/ton from beginning of the week.

In Tangshan market, price of Tianzhu’s steel strip with width at or under 204mm was being quoted at RMB3,620/ton, reduced by RMB400/ton from beginning of the week. And price of Guofeng’s strip was down by RMB850/ton to RMB4,000/ton.
