On May 30, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced that certain South Korean producers of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) received zero dumping margins in its latest review. The ruling covers a period of review from September 1, 2022, through August 31, 2023.

Companies including NEXTEEL, SeAH Steel, AJU Besteel, Hyundai Steel, Husteel, and ILJIN Steel were found to have priced their products fairly. The USDOC concluded that no sales were made below normal value during the period. As a result, all companies received final dumping margins of 0%.
