India’s MMTC, the Union public sector company, has decided to raise its chrome ore price again by US$205/ton, after a rise of US$100/ton in March.
The price rise is meant to catch up with soaring global chrome ore prices, and has prompted its new price of chrome ore and friable chrome concentrate ore to reach US$715/ton and US$710/ton, respectively.
Besides, Turkish export price of chrome ore to China in the third quarter is predicted to reach US$800~850/ton, up by US$150~200/ton.
