The three subsidiaries of American Anglo Group, Loma de Niquel in Venezuela, Codemin in Brazil and Anglo Platinum in South Africa, reported the output of nickel in the second quarter this year totaled 23,200 tons, less then the same period of last year by 5.7 percent at 24,600 tons.

The maintenance of electric furnace and the industrial dispute caused the output at Loma de niquel to lose nickel production by 600 tons to 8,200 tons in the second quarter. The nickel production at Codemin also fell down by 4 percent to 4,700 tons, and the production at Anglo Platinum also reduced compared to the same period last year.
