On November 12, 2024, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) made the final determination of the expedited third sunset review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on steel wire garment hangers (steel hangers) originating in China, ruling that the cancelation of the existing AD order on the subject products from China would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 187.25%.

This notice was put into force on November 12, 2024.

The initial AD duty on China’s steel hangers was imposed on October 6, 2008.
