Chinese infrastructure investment goes up from Jan-Oct y-o-y

This year, China expanded its investment in infrastructure to stabilize its economy. In the first ten months, Chinese infrastructure investment increased by 11.4% year on year.
In terms of the investment in traffic construction, the fixed assets investment in the first ten months was RMB 3.1 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 6.4%. Meanwhile, the investment in hydraulic engineering hiked by 53% year on year to RMB 1.1 trillion. At the same time, the speed of the power investment also increased significantly.
With entering the cold weather, steel demand in the north of China would decrease, while the construction in Southern China will continue.
