EU gives notice of impending expiry of AD measure on Taiwan's stainless steel tube and pipe butt-welding fittings

According to an announcement issued by the European Commission on May 5, 2021, the anti-dumping (AD) measure on certain stainless steel tube and pipe butt-welding fittings, whether or not finished, originating in or imported from Taiwan will expire on January 28, 2022.

EU producers can submit a written request for the expiry review of AD in this case to the European Commission from the date of the publication of the notice but no later than three months before January 28, 2022.

The products involved are classified under CN codes ex 7307 23 10 and ex 7307 23 90 (TARIC codes 7307 23 10 15, 7307 23 10 25, 7307 23 90 15, and 7307 23 90 25).
