US makes preliminary AD ruling on rebar imports from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has preliminarily determined that Turkish producers or exporters of steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) sold their products at prices lower than fair value during the period of review from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.

According to the ruling, the preliminary weighted-average dumping margin for İÇDAŞ was set at 19.10%, and that for Kaptan Demir Çelik was at 11.80%.

Besides, the USDOC set a review-specific average rate of 17.30% for Colakoglu Dis Ticaret, Colakoglu Metalurji, Diler Dis Ticaret, and Kaptan Metal Dis Ticaret ve Nakliyat A.S.
