According to the view from Acerinox, one of the global-class stainless steel suppliers, it believed that the resuming power for the steel market in North America was stronger than in the EU.
Currently, the demand and supply side in North America of stainless steel has already resumed to almost 90% of the normal class, but it only showed around 75-80% in the EU.
In the first 9 months of this year, the total output of steel from Acerinox faced a 9% year on year decline, mainly affected by the epidemic outbreak from the beginning.
