Ukraine makes final AD ruling on China’s steel fastener imports

Ukraine Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade (ICIT) announced the final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) duty on steel fasteners, including screws, bolts, and nuts, originated from China, deciding to impose an AD duty on the products involved from September 29, 2020.

According to the ruling, the duty rate for Haining Hisener Trade Co., Ltd. was set at 32.47%, that for Ningbo Jinding Fastening Piece Co., Ltd. was at 38.37%, and other suppliers were subject to 67.40%. This measure will be valid for five years.

The products involved are under HS codes 7318 15 69 90, 7318 15 81 90, 7318 15 89 90, 7318 15 90 90, 7318 16 91 90, 7318 16 99 90 according to UKTZED.

The investigation was first launched on December 7, 2019.
