Australia not to impose AD duty on Taiwan’s HRC

The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) decided not to impose anti-dumping (AD) duty on the imports of hot-rolled rolled coil and sheet since there were not dumping facts found during the period of investigation from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019, without the injury examination period.

The products involved are under HS code 7208.25.00, 7208.26.00, 7208.27.00, 7208.36.00, 7208.37.00, 7208.38.00, 7208.39.00, 7208.53.00, 7208.54.00, 7208.90.00, 7211.14.00, and 7211.19.00.

The investigation was launched on September 25, 2019 at the request of BlueScope Steel Limited.
