Vale aims to raise iron ore production capacity to 450 million tons/year in future

Vale said it planned to increase its annual production capacity of iron ore to 400 million tons and even 450 million tons in the future, though it did not specify a specific time frame.

It currently produces 318 million tons of iron ore a year, compared with 385 million tons in 2018.

Vale aimed to produce 310-330 million tons of iron ore this year.
