Pakistan makes final AD ruling on cold-rolled steel coils/sheets/strips from Canada & Russia

It was reported that on March 17th, 2020, Pakistan’s National Tariff Commission announced an affirmative final ruling of anti-dumping against cold-rolled coils/sheets/strips originating or imported from Canada and Russia. It was decided to levy 13.94% anti-dumping duties on the products involved at cost and freight (C&F) starting from September 20th, 2019, with a validity period of 5 years.

The Pakistani tax numbers of the products involved are 7209.1510, 7209.1590, 7209.1610, 7209.1690, 7209.1710, 7209.1790, 7209.1810, 7209.1890, 7209.1891, 7209.1899, 7209.2510, 7209.2590, 7209.2610, 7209.2690, 7209.2710, 7209.2790, 7209.2810, 7209.2890 and 7211.2920.

The dumping investigation period of this case was from January 1st, 2018 to December 31st, 2018, and the damage investigation period was from January 1st, 2016 to December 31st, 2018.
