Noble's share transaction with Canada Nickel Company approved

Recently, Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. a Canadian-based junior exploration company, announced that it has received final approval from TSX Venture Exchange to complete the transaction with Canada Nickel Company Inc.

Noble has reached a final agreement with Canada Nickel on the transaction. Noble planned to complete the transactions under these final agreements as soon as possible and provide recommendations to shareholders upon completion. Through this transaction, Noble would receive a payment of CAD 500,000 and 500,000 shares from Canada Nickel.

It was reported that in addition to its equity in Canada Nickel, Spruce Ridge Resources, and MacDonald Mines Exploration, Noble also owned its equity in the Holdsworth Gold Mine and the mineral rights of Project 81 in the Timmins - Cochrane area of northern Ontario.
