Taiwan's steel pipe imports decrease in 2019

Last December, Taiwan’s imports of steel pipes totaled around 7,800 tons, down by 10% m-o-m and 24% y-o-y. From January to December, Taiwan’s imports of steel pipes totaled 123,800 tons, down by 15% y-o-y.

Last December, the imports of welded steel pipes totaled 1,780 tons roughly, down by 26% m-o-m and 36% y-o-y. From January to December, the imports of welded steel pipes totaled 39,153 tons, down by 6 percent y-o-y.

Last December, the imports of seamless steel pipes totaled around 6,100 tons, down by 3% m-o-m and 19% y-o-y. From January to December, the imports of seamless steel pipes totaled about 84,700 tons, down by 18% y-o-y.
