Japan’s Lower House approves trade agreement with US

According to the news, the Japanese House of Representatives had approved the trade agreement with the US which had been signed last month, as expected.

By the content of the trade agreement, Japan would need to lower the tariffs on the US’ products, including pork and beef; and the US would need to reduce the tariffs on Japanese products such as automobiles and auto parts.
