The United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) has imposed anti-dumping duties on some oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Ukraine after the suspension agreement was ended on July 10th this year.

In July 2014, the USDOC signed an agreement with Interpipe Group (Interpipe), a Ukrainian steel exporter, to suspend the anti-dumping duties for a period of three years. The agreement was prolonged for one year from 2017 to 2018.

Therefore, Interpipe was subject to a weighted-average dumping margin at 7.47%, as same as other Ukrainian OCTG producers and exporters.
