The United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced that the grade 1078 and higher tire cord wire rod imported from South Korea and the United Kingdom obtained the exemption, according to the anti-dumping judgment.

The USDOC confirmed that some tire cords can be exempted from anti-dumping tariffs by submitting an end-use certificate at an entry declaration.

The USDOC will supervise customs and border defense to release all relevant unliquidated goods, including entering or leaving the warehouse or to submit end-use certificates at the time of entry declaration from May 21st, 2018.
