US confirms final AD duty rate on welded line pipe imports from South Korea

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) finally ruled that South Korean welded line pipe producers and exporters were selling their products at the prices lower than fair value to the US market during the period of review from December 1st, 2016 to November 30th, 2017.

The final weighted-average dumping margin for SeAH Steel was set at 27.38%, which was higher than the previous 17.81%. Nexteel received a margin at 38.87%, higher than the previous 18.77%. All other South Korean exporters and producers were subject to 32.49%, higher than the previous rate at 18.30%.

Besides, Histeel wasn’t found to have any shipment delivery during the period of review.
