Taiwan's Tang Eng plans to set up factory in Indonesia

According to the report, under the competitive pressure of stainless steel raw materials and the competitive pressure of Tsingshan Indonesia, Tang Eng Iron Works Co., Ltd. (Tang Eng) planned to invest in Indonesia to produce steel billets or hot-rolled coils in order to seek new business opportunities.
Leading by the policy of the Belt and Road in China, some Chinese companies rushed to Indonesia to set up factories. Under the advantage of mine source and raw material production technology, they obtained strong market competitiveness. In order to gain a competitive advantage in the raw material side, Tang Eng also actively rushed to Indonesia to build a factory.
Therefore, Tang Eng stressed that this was an important turning point in Taiwan's stainless steel industry.
