Zenith Steel Group (Nantong) Co., Ltd. officially began construction on its near-zero-carbon electric arc furnace (EAF) steel facility, representing an investment of more than CNY 3 billion.

Expected to reach full production in 2026, the project utilizes globally leading EAF equipment and an integrated wind-solar-storage smart energy system. The facility relies on advanced automated equipment and a digital control center to enable remote, lean operations.

Since 2020, the company has developed into a major high-end production hub within the Yangtze River Delta, supplying materials for landmarks such as the Shanghai Tower and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. This expansion creates a scalable model for clean manufacturing by combining high-efficiency steel production with renewable energy sources.
