USITC schedules expedited five-year AD & CVD reviews on PC strand imports from China

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) issued a notice scheduling expedited five-year reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930.

The proceeding will determine whether revoking existing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from China would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
