A A A
The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) established preliminary dumping margins for Malaysian prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) during the administrative review covering June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025.

Mandatory respondents Kiswire Sdn. Bhd. (Kiswire) and Southern PC Steel Sdn. Bhd. (Southern) registered weighted-average dumping margins of 1.29% and 1.42%, respectively. Non-selected producer Wei Dat Steel Wire Sdn. Bhd. (Wei Dat) received a 1.36% rate, whereas all other enterprises faced 5.13%.

Commerce rescinded the administrative review concerning Southern Steel Sdn. Bhd. (Southern Steel) due to a lack of reviewable entries during the period of review.
