The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has issued preliminary results for its anti-dumping (AD) administrative reviews on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey.

For the review period from May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024, the USDOC found that Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Borusan Boru) and its affiliated entity, Borusan Istikbal Ticaret T.A.S. (Istikbal), sold the subject goods at less than fair value. Therefore, a preliminary weighted average dumping margin of 9.31% was assigned to these companies.

The final results are expected to be released within 120 days of the publication of this preliminary ruling.
