On March 20, 2025, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that revoking the existing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on circular welded carbon quality steel line pipe from China would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.

This five-year review was instituted on September 3, 2024.

The products involved are under Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) subheadings 7306.30.10.00, 7306.30.50.25, 7306.30.50.32, 7306.30.50.40, 7306.30.50.55, 7306.30.50.85, 7306.30.50.90, 7306.50.10.00, 7306.50.50.50, 7306.50.50.70, 7306.19.10.10, 7306.19.10.50, 7306.19.51.10, and 7306.19.51.50.
