The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on prestressed concrete strand (PC strand) from Malaysia for the period June 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024.

The DOC found that Kiswire Sdn. Bhd. and Wei Dat Steel Wire Sdn. Bhd. did not sell the subject merchandise at prices below the normal value during this period.

The review was also partially rescinded for one company that had no reviewable entries of subject merchandise. Based on its findings, the DOC has preliminary determined weighted-average dumping margins of zero percent for Kiswire, Wei Dat, and Southern PC Steel Sdn. Bhd.
