US issues final AD ruling on Vietnam's welded stainless steel pressure pipes

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has issued its final anti-dumping (AD) determination on welded stainless steel pressure pipes imported from Vietnam for the review period between July 2023 and June 2024.

The USDOC concluded that Vietnamese exporters sold the products in the US market at prices below the normal value. The review was initiated following requests from Bristol Metals, Felker Brothers, and Primus Pipe & Tube. Since no comments or revisions were submitted after the preliminary ruling, the authority maintained the weighted-average dumping margin at 90.8%.

US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will receive implementation instructions at least 35 days after publication of the final results in the Federal Register.
