Tenaris has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Green Therma, a Denmark-based developer of closed-loop geothermal systems, to advance next-generation geothermal solutions across Europe.

The partnership leverages Tenaris's global expertise in tubular manufacturing, premium connections, and well services, combined with Green Therma's proprietary Heat4Ever™ solution built on patented DualVac™ vacuum-insulated pipe technology designed to minimize heat loss.

Together, the two companies will integrate technological innovation with industrial capabilities to drive the development of closed-loop geothermal systems. This collaboration reflects both sides' shared dedication to supporting Europe's energy transition through clean, locally produced heat.

Ultimately, the partnership aims to reduce Europe's dependence on imported energy sources while advancing sustainable geothermal solutions.
