Taiwan’s Froch Enterprise reports strong profit growth and advances Morocco plant construction for 2027 production

2 Oct 2026 13:31 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
Froch Enterprise Co., Ltd., one of the stainless steel pipe manufacturers in Taiwan, experienced significant profit improvements in its first-half financial performance, supported by rising nickel prices that raised product prices and drove August pre-tax and after-tax profits higher.

The company benefits from artificial intelligence (AI) and semiconductor facility construction, with industrial piping accounting for 70% of product composition to serve cleanrooms, pure water systems, and factory infrastructure.

International expansion centers on a Morocco plant investment originally decided in 2023 with a US$30 million budget to diversify production bases and target European markets. Despite initial schedule adjustments, equipment installation is progressing, with market promotion planned for the fourth quarter of 2026, trial runs by year-end, and official production in the first quarter of 2027.

The facility targets an initial monthly capacity of 2,000 tons and an annual design capability of 30,000 tons, aiming to generate positive profit contributions once production achieves stability.
